Thank You for an Incredible 2025
Last week, we had the privilege of welcoming many of our customers, partners, and friends into our office for our annual Customer Appreciation event—and we’re still smiling about it.
At Venture, this event is about more than coffee, conversation, or spending a morning together (though we genuinely enjoy all of that). It’s about pausing to say thank you. Thank you for trusting our team, for collaborating with us throughout the year, and for being a part of the relationships that make our work meaningful.
Why We Host Customer Appreciation
Our business is built on people—on relationships, trust, and shared goals. Customer Appreciation is our way of stepping out from behind the day-to-day transactions to acknowledge what truly matters: the partnerships we’ve built and the community we’re part of.
As we reflect on 2025, we’re incredibly grateful for another year of growth, connection, and opportunity. Whether you worked with us on one transaction or many, partnered with our team throughout the year, or simply cheered us on from the sidelines, you played a role in our success. This event exists to honor that.
Giving Back Together
This year, we were honored to welcome Jason Billester from the Boise Rescue Mission, who joined us during the event to answer questions and share more about the Mission’s impact in our community. His presence was a meaningful reminder of why giving back is so important to us.
In honor of all of our customers and partners, Venture made a donation to the Boise Rescue Mission—because celebrating our success feels even better when it also supports our neighbors. This contribution was made on behalf of everyone who has trusted and partnered with us throughout the year, and we’re proud to support an organization doing vital work right here in the Treasure Valley.
Looking Ahead with Gratitude
As we close out 2025, we do so with a deep sense of appreciation. We’re thankful for the relationships we’ve built, the challenges we’ve navigated together, and the trust you continue to place in our team.
