Welcome to the Venture Team, Amy and Sara!

Amy and Sara may be the newest team members at Venture, but they are certainly not new to the escrow industry. They have decades of experience, have previously worked together, and are excited to hit the ground running. We are grateful to have them on board! Read on to learn more about Amy and Sara:

Amy Anderst

Amy Anderst was born and raised in Nampa, Idaho, began her career in escrow in 1993, and became an escrow officer in 1998. She specializes in Canyon and Ada County residential new construction, refinance, and resale transactions. Amy prides herself on being a great teammate for her co-workers and clients. She loves spending time with her three grown children, traveling with her husband to warm tropical locations, visiting wineries, camping, and going on long Harley trips.

Sara McClintick

Sara McClintick was born and raised in Canyon County, attended The College of Idaho, and began her escrow career in 2000. She specializes in Canyon and Ada County commercial and residential new construction, refinance, and resale transactions. Her 23 years of experience make her an asset to the Venture team. Sara enjoys spending her free time with her husband, two sons, and labradors. She loves baseball, wineries, and traveling to Mexico with her family.
