Meridian, Idaho – Locally-owned company Venture Title & Escrow relocated to a 13,000 square foot state-of-the-art new office last month. This facility is conveniently located at 1800 S. Bonito Way, Suite 200, in Meridian, and features a gourmet refreshment bar with locally roasted coffee and upscale closing rooms.
Venture was founded in 2022 by Mark Tidd, former CEO of TitleOne, who recognized the need for a nimble title company in the Treasure Valley. Along with his leadership team, they handpicked a group of highly experienced, professional title experts.
The landscape of the title market changed in recent years, as many are corporately owned or publicly traded. Venture is rooted here, with a complete focus on the Treasure Valley, resulting in an intimate understanding of local real estate market fluctuations.
“We want to be the community title company, and that’s how we’re trying to position ourselves. What works well in New York or Los Angeles probably doesn’t work well in Boise, Idaho. We hope to bring that hometown adaptability and nimbleness to our customers because we know them better,” said Tidd.

Together, the Venture team has completed over 65,000 closings combined.
